About Nick

Hello, I’m Nick Whitehouse – founder of The Whitehouse Principle. I’m a trauma-informed coach, CPD/ICF-accredited practitioner and a qualified Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist. I have over 15 years of leadership experience in education, including being a Head Teacher. I am also a radio presenter!

My passion is supporting people to move from overwhelm to clarity—helping individuals, leaders, school staff, and organisations to thrive through calm, compassionate, evidence-based support. I understand the pressures of leadership, the complexity of mental health in the workplace, and the challenges of navigating personal change. That’s why I created The Whitehouse Principle—to offer coaching, training, and therapeutic support that is grounded, impactful, and genuinely human.
