I provide trauma-informed coaching and training to individuals, schools, and organisations. My approach builds emotional safety, resilience, and self-awareness, supporting lasting wellbeing and positive relationships. Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist
As a Solution Focused Clinical hypnotherapist I offer ethical, neuroscience-based support for anxiety, stress, and behavioural change using solution-focused, evidence-informed hypnotherapy techniques.
Neurodivergence and Inclusion Coaching
I offer specialist coaching to support neurodivergent individuals and inclusive workplaces. Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, I help clients understand ADHD, autism, and other profiles—promoting acceptance, accessibility, and positive identity in schools, organisations, and personal development.
Radio Presenting
Nick is a experienced Radio Presenter. Nick started on BHBN Hospital radio about ten years ago and later became a co founder of Solihull Radio Ltd. An experienced radio presenter, Nick is soon back on the air on Brumside Radio, with a show dedicated to Mental Wellbeing. Find out more below....

About Nick Whitehouse
Integrative Coach, Educator, and Creative Practitioner
Nick Whitehouse has Head Teacher experience and is a safeguarding leader turned Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach, Trainer, and Mental Wellbeing Practitioner. With over two decades of experience in education and leadership, he now supports individuals, schools, and organisations through inclusive, trauma-aware coaching and consultancy.
Nick is a certified Positive Psychology Practitioner, Neurodivergence and Inclusion Coach, and Reiki Master, offering holistic support for personal growth, emotional resilience, and workplace wellbeing. He is also a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist, registered with the NCH and AHPH, combining neuroscience and solution-focused techniques to help clients manage anxiety, stress, and change.
Alongside his wellbeing practice, Nick is a seasoned radio presenter, professional voice artist and actor, and an accomplished musician and songwriter under the name Jim Nicholas. His creative background informs his dynamic, empathic approach—blending clarity, calm, and confidence across everything he offers.
Jim Nicholas
Nick is a singer/songwriter who performs under the stage name 'Jim Nicholas'. You can find Jim's music on all streaming channels such as Spotify or iTunes.

Nick is back on the radio! He hosts a show called 'The Whitehouse Principle' on Brumside Radio and will be focusing on mental wellbeing and health. He will be looking to interview guests about a wide range of mental wellbeing topics, so if you want to get involved, get in touch.
